Understanding How the Transfer Affects Your Billing
If You Are Transferring from Google Directly
You will receive two invoices for the transfer month. This is a one-time event. You will get:
A final, prorated bill from Google covering the period up to your transfer date.
Your first bill from Cloudasta covering the period from your transfer date to the end of the month.
After the first month, you will only receive one consolidated bill from Cloudasta.
Important Note for Annual Plans: If you have prepaid for a yearly plan with Google, please be aware that Google does not offer a refund for the unused portion of your term. Billing with Cloudasta will begin on the date of your transfer.
If You Are Transferring from Another Reseller
Any potential refund for services you have prepaid is at the discretion of your previous reseller. Cloudasta does not have control over the billing policies of other companies.
Annual Plan with Yearly Payment: If you have already paid your previous reseller for the full year, a refund is typically not possible, and no portion of that payment can be transferred to your new subscription with us.
Other Billing Plans: If you are on a different plan (like monthly flexible) and have prepaid your reseller, you will need to contact them directly to ask about their refund policy.
